Forced temporary ‘deployment’ to Asylum (HO)

A number of people across the HO are going to be forced to join the asylum team temporarily (assuming people don’t first join voluntarily).

Is there anything I can do to prevent this if I’m chosen?

Are unions able to help? Ive not been selected yet for the move and obviously hope not to be.
