[recommendation request] Daily beater recommendation

Looking for something sub $500 that can take a beating. Ideally with the following specs, any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Minimum 100m water resistance

Crown guards

Screw down crown

Sapphire crystal

AR coating

Super luminova - high legibility

~40 mm diameter +/-2mm

20mm lug width for ease of strap exchange

Open to various styles, diver, field, tactical. Would prefer automatic or manual but would take quartz.
