Is Mobalytics safe to connect? (new player here)

As i was browsing for builds, i found out they can connect to my account to find the best optimal build and watchover ny gear constatnly, is it safe to do that? is it popularv do many people use it?

And do i stick with it? cause im also reading there is something called PoB that is better? idk im completely new here
