I built an Apple Watch app called ChoreFit to address a blind spot in fitness tracking: many household activities reach moderate intensity but often go unrecognized.

ChoreFit uses published MET values from the Compendium of Physical Activities to quantify the energy cost of tasks like vacuuming, mopping, and cleaning.
