Advice needed on CEC application

Hello everyone, I currently have an active application in process under CEC and I'm looking for anyone with similar experience and advice. My timeline below -

AOR - March 21

Medical and Bio passed - May 23

Currently the portal shows in progress for background and eligibility. I submitted a proactive webform on June 2 to update one of my employment letter realizing the original lacked some key details. I called IRCC yesterday to confirm if this was attached to my file and they confirmed it wasn't yet. Over the conversation I realized I accidentally selected "Yes" to whether my application is being processed outside Canada (I'm currently residing outside Canada and that confused my response). I was told to resubmit the webform which I did yesterday right after the call.

My questions -

1. I'm really hoping the webform attaches soon enough, but in the meantime, in the absence of it, do case officers see there is a document on the way? If not, how often do they issue ADR?

2. Can IRCC agents also tell us where exactly the application is in its processing stages?
