serious question: why is the editing on HowardTV so shitty?

there’s always such a huge delay between when someone starts talking and when the camera cuts to them, no matter if it’s the E! show or the InDemand stuff. so many great moments end up not getting captured.

are the camera angles switched live on the spot? or is Scott DePace just that bad at direction?
