Does the 2nd infrastructure project still a part of any full fledged synergies?

So I recently revisited Catsland's​ regional synergy chart for version 153 after the latest update(https://www.reddit.com/r/suzerain/s/rtcp7kWaLV) because I wanted to test these synergies and see what had changed with the new update,and I noticed that the Morna Port and Benfi International Airport don't have any specialized synergies they are a part of, previously Morna Port had it's own synergy on the chart for the Valgsland Coal trade-L1 synergy, and Benfi was a part of the tourism synergy, what's changed?
