Starting HTR5 and Needing Advice on Social-Focused Character.

I'm about to start Hunter the Reckoning one shot with my friends for the first time, and I need some advice and opinions for future reference. For reference, I'm experienced with DnD 2014 both as a player and as a DM, so I am at least hopeful I can adapt quickly to the new ruleset.

Currently, im interested in a charisma & manipulation focused character, acting as a face of the group without any combat attention whatsoever. My skills are also focused on charisma related things, specifically intimidation and persuasion. Also added stunning for that extra social boost and two dot mask for lore purposed. Basically, I want someone who handles everything by talking this way through, and letting my combat-focused friends fight when things get hairy.

What I wanna know is that from yall experience, is this a viable build or am I just gonna die from my lack of combat focus?

What would be its strengths and weaknesses, and how would I be able to maximise my strengths?

Also what should I expect when playing this kind of character?
