was i i the wrong in this moderater experience?

if i can add anymore info id be glad to add more but im trying to keep the sub out of this but im just kinda realising it is a commuity thats kinda known for being annoying so it might have something to do with it

so i asked a question to a big game subreddit where i was asking what is something people wanted that couldnt come to the game

it got removed for not staying on topic but i was very much on topic

so a min after i messaged the mod asking what part of the rule i broke and what id have to change to be able to post it i got no answer for an hour so i decide to take a look at the rules and try to see if i could figure out what part i could of broken and the only thing i could of thought i could of done is not being creative with it because it was just like pics

so i made a very simular post but i went and changed somethings adding a ton of contexts and stuff and posted it

it then got removed for spam but it wasnt like i reposted the exact same post or anything

i then get a messege from the mod where he was being very rude saying (im putting it nicely) that i should of waited for a responce (i did wait though) he went and said they dont allow wishlist posts (i understand that but ive seen others do it and i have done multiple before on an old account before i lost that email lol) and then he banned me for a day (not too long but still rude) and made it so i cant message them back and ending it with a cocky mean way to say enjoy the ban

trust me i understand the general gist but he came off as very rude and flat out lied to me and ive never been banned before from a sub so i want to know if this is normal
