Payment Lost?

Had to change checking account because old one was compromised in April. My SSI payment was made to the new account in May. The June payment was due 6/10 and according to my bank it was never received. According to SS it was sent to the bank and returned. Also, according to My Social Security page it was issued 6/9 to the correct account.
They are both blaming each other and meanwhile I can’t pay my bills.
SS said I have to come into an office and update the deposit info but they have the right info and it was successfully deposited in May.
