My PA husband is away all weekend on a stag do and I am a wreck .

As the title says this is the first time he's going to have been properly away since all this started and I'm abit of mess tbh .

How can I ease the crippling anxiety I currently have ?

Even worse I know the lads he's with all want to go to a strip club which I've explicitly told him no to .

I can't even explain what I'm feeling and I'm pretty sure I had a panic attack over this .

How do you all cope when they are away like this and you have to have faith that they behave ?
