Demo's are freezing

I like to make edits, been doing it since CSGO. This is my first time recording demos for CS2 and for some reason when I record a demo and then play the demo it just freezes. I can hear the game audio going on in the background but visually im just stuck there and there would be a teammate t-posing.

I opened up the console and I saw;

"[Client] Cannot process snapshot tick 13412, it is a delta from tick 13411, which we do not have"

and this line is repeated with the value going up (13413 would be the next line etcetera).

Anyone know a fix for this?
