Dydrogesterone for 10 days

context:

simula nung nag-January, pansin ko from 5 days of menstruation naging 3 days. it was weird for me kaya I decided to a hospital para magpa-checkup sa OBGYN and nag-request for transv. from the result may left ovarian cyst ako with benign features na pwede raw mawala after 3 cycles. ngayong June kasi pansin ko na ganun parin cycle ko and to me it's alarming, akala ko kasi na babalik ulit sa dating 5 days yung cycle.

ngayon, pinrescibed ako ni OB ng mag-take ako ng Dydrogesterone for 10 days before my period and then nirequest niya ko na magpa-check ng thyroid, diabetes testing and another transv to check if i have PMOS.

worried ako kasi baka maging messy cycle ko since i'm regular. pero sa mga nakapag-take na ng dydrogesterone, ano side effect niya sainyo?
