Drawing Tablet Extension Lead?

I have an Artist 12 Drawing Tablet but the wire is so annoying short to the PC i have to crouch over my Desk. Is there any kind of wire extension or way to be wireless entirely?

Or is there a wireless brand of Tablet you'd recommend? (Not just an Ipad)
