Car cigarette lighter does not produce enough power to charge phone

Hi all, my car (Honda City GM6) cigarette lighter socket does not provide enough power to charge my phone, but it can charge other electronics. Nothing happens when I plug in my phone to the car socket charger (USB to USB C)..I have tried multiple car socket charger, same issue.

It was not like that last time, any idea why? I'm using a Samsung Galaxy phone if this helps.
