Making an updated spreadsheet of locals you can sign online and need help finishing it

Hey everyone I’m making a spreadsheet of locals you can sign online since there hasn’t been one that’s current in a long time on here.

I’m including if you have to sign in person for the first time signing, how you sign (email, online, etc) what books are able to be signed, if it’s a bidding local, and the hourly wages.

If you guys can help me out I’d appreciate it. I’ll post the list once it’s done.
