IIM SIRMAUR WAITLIST CLARIFICATION

Hello everyone, I am waitlisted at 241 in OBC category after 11th merit lists, will it be possible for me to convert in the further lists?

Also I'm assuming that merit list 6 had the last date of fee submission yesterday so their non payment moved the waitlist further. IF this logic is accurate then will there be more movements further in June and July because of non payment of fees??

Please reply and tell if I have a chance of conversion in Sirmaur waitlist. Jammu I am still in advanced waitlist, BG did not fill the EOI (for the record)
