Membrane and Slynd

Hello everyone! I noticed in the bathroom that a thumb sized piece of skin like substance with brown blood had fell out. I’d been sexually axtive in the last month but this has happened before while I was not active but on the pill. I was wondering if this is normal because I’d never seen people talk about this and I have insane pregnancy scares. Thank you for your help!
