Is it normal or even rightful to fire someone over the phone? Also, I'm still going to try to fight it, even though it's prob pointless. I sent in an awareline tip about workplace violence, but I was the one fired. Team was all arguing, I yelled stfu, associate got into my face and told me to and said what are you going to do, while I was up against something. Nrm held said associate back and I left.
