What's the best age to start college?

I'm currently 16 and gonna finish lc in a few days and am turning 17 soon. was thinking about taking 2 gap years so that im 19 going into college, a lot of people ik are that age going into college but i also know a few people 17 going in. what do yous think is the perfect age to start college?
