Is this lichen Sclerosus/ skin issues? Itching and burning for 9 months.

I've been having issues with my urogynecologist insisting it's a yeast infection for the past 9 months, but I've tested negative for every STI, yeast infection, and BV for the last 6 months. I was testing positive for yeast ureaplasma and bv during the first 3 months, though.

I've had chronic itching and burning that, at best, goes away for maybe 4 days before coming right back. It doesn't seem to respond to any treatment. I've done multiple rounds of miconazole, fluconazole, clotrimazole, antibiotics, and boric acid.

I'm noticing pale white patches on my vulva and think it might be some sort of skin issue. Especially because the itching and burning went away when I was on yeast infection medication and then came back well I was still on the course of yeast infection medication.

I'm just fucking over it. If this really is a yeast infection that's lasted 9 months, I should be giving birth to a six-pack of beer by now.
