Accidentally killed the Sentinel blacksmith Qaasir, can I buy his unique scimitar anywhere else?

Basically the title.

I was stealing from his shop when he caught me and turned hostile, I couldn't leave the shop without killing him, but I didn't realize he wasn't marked as essential.

Now his wife took over the shop, but she doesn't have that unique scimitar with the spellcrafting enchantment. I really wanted that thing for my swordsinger build.

Does anyone else sell that scimitar or do I need to roll back hours of gameplay to save him?
