Feeling inadequate

So I, 35F, have been with my boyfriend, 41M, for 7 months. Everything has been great, we have a good sex life but.... lately I've noticed he's taking hour long showers and I'm pretty sure it's because he's "taking care of himself". Idk how to approach this or if I should say anything at all but it really makes me feel inadequate. I'll literally be in the next room, very willing and he just does it himself anyways. Is this something I should address or am I overreacting?
