Renting

Is it possible to rent in Jax / Jax beach area these days with something on your criminal record?
Got first rejection from a complex due to the background check. But, there was no conviction (Nolle prosequi)

I noticed these management companies all use 3rd party background check companies. So I’m worried I’ll keep getting rejected. Any more lenient companies or private landlords out there??? Thank you!
