I sublet my apartment - I need conseil juridique

I (34F, in Lausanne since 5 years) have sublet a room in the apartment that I normally share with my boyfriend (who’s now away for a few months) to a 19M from Lyon, here for a stage. Now, the coloque started really on the wrong foot (I have all details) and, when I sent a message to him and his mother - with whom I dealt first, and that should have probably given me a hint of the maturity of this kid - the father replied completely shocked and angry at me.

Long story short, I’m happy to share all the details, but I’d like to chat to a lawyer! This kid is leaving for the weekend, I’ve taken an appointment with a lawyer for next week but I’d like to try to fix this problem earlier!
