gpu temps when sitting in hanger

stupid question ik but i have a biostar rx6700xt 12gb GPU and whilst im sitting in the hanger, it will commonly hit around 60 - 65 degrees Celsius, for context, i live in south east Queensland Australia and it is quite a humid environment so i dont expect any decent temps but just sitting in my hanger, my temps keep climbing even though it is cold now (16 outside temp and about 18 in my room), in game my temps drop down to about 55 - 60. is it normal for the temps to be higher in my hanger.
