Question on German and Japan low tier para squads

Hi Guys, so the German Br1 Para (Beretta m38) squad is fine in BR2 as it gets BR2 weapons from the crate in Br2 matchup, correct? Also what about the Japan Br2 Para squad (type 100 with bipod) , any good? Question 2: are the main weapons swappable of these squads, can I add a BR2 gun to the m38 squad as I mostly play BR2 with Germany and Japan ? Overall, do you advise to buy them?
