Is Studying in Turkish hard?

Does anyone have any experience studying PSIR in Turkish? I don't have toefl so I had to sign a waiver that day to be put in a Turkish taught programme instead of the English taught programme. The idea of it has been giving me anxiety lately and I'm kinda doubting my ability to learn in a completely different language, much less for a course that probably requires many essays and talking. It doesn't have to be political science, anyone is free to give their thoughts or advice on this.
