As A Returning (3 year+) Guardian What Legendaries Should I Be Watching Out For While Levelling?

As the title states, returning player and everything feels new again. I’m a stat maxing kind of guy so I have the armor down (minus maybe what may be best for full set bonuses) Wondering what legendaries are the sought after, premium pve/pvp weapons I should check rolls before deleting. It seems like so many things are viable and all these tutorials and guides for new/returning players don’t seem to cover them. I need a good tier list or something haha. Bonus if you can share some exotics as well

TIA
