What’s you’re Biggest my gear makes me feel Uncomfortable

Mine is when I’m wearing my vest inside the patrol vehicle & my shirt starts to stick to my back
when I’m in my patrol vehicle and I have to constantly re adjust my plate carrier because I feel like it’s off balance & my holster constantly hitting my sides, our trucks are small so the center console gets in the way
