Old dog / best beach to break the rules?

As the headline indicates, I know taking my dog to anywhere but the two dog beaches is not allowed.

My dog is 13, big, and doesn’t like most other dogs. I want her to get to walk on the sand and in the water again for what might be her last summer.

On a day where it’s likely not going to busy (red flag swim warning, etc), is there a north side beach I could take her on leash that wouldn’t piss lots of people off?
