How likely are refunds for first-time requesters?

I accidentally purchased the premium version of an app, and have submitted a refund request. I immediately requested the refund and deleted the app, and haven’t done this before. I didn’t even realise my PayPal was connected to my apple account.

How likely am I to get my money back?
