Celestial Boxes

I'm about a quarter of the way through book 7 (Carl and Katia are having nap time) and it seems to me like there's a LOT of Celestial loot boxes around. Carl has 2 currently, Donut has 1, Louis has 1 and there was Quan Ch's cloak as well. It seems pretty likely to me that Prepotente would've gotten one for the 7th floor, or that Lucia Mar has gotten one at some point. That all leads me to wonder, is it possible that the System AI is going to try to bankrupt the entire Syndicate? This must be one of the most expensive crawls ever already and they're only on the 9th floor. This now also leads me to wonder if it's even possible for a company to have a crawler make it to the 18th floor without them going bankrupt. The level of strength a crawler would need is just so astronomically high in order for them to keep up with the scaling of the dungeon that they would need a LOT of incredibly high tier items.
