Time at the dealership

Car has been checked for dead battery since Monday morning. They keep going back and forth with "new information trying to get to the bottom of the problem". I'm literally losing money fo not having the car, they won't provide a rental. At this point I'm looking possibilities to return the car, I haven't even paid the first installment but property taxes are here. Any suggestions?
