Budget alternative to Porter Tanker Navigator?

It’s my literal dream to own a Porter-Yoshida Tanker Navigator bag, but I just can't justify the cost right now.

I love the internal pockets and the way the whole thing folds out. Does anyone know of any solid alternatives with a similar layout that won’t break the bank?

Looking to stay under $150. Appreciate any suggestions!
