Misrepresentation?

Hi everyone,
I’m looking for insight from people who have gone through the PR process or have experience with IRCC files.
I’m currently preparing a non-Express Entry PNP PR application. While reviewing my history, I realized there may be a discrepancy regarding my educational background in my original study permit application from 2020.
Here’s the timeline:
Studied law back home from 2016 to 2020.
Applied for a Canadian study permit in 2020 through a consultant.
My visa was approved in November 2020.
I received my official attestation of success in law in December 2020.
I later completed my studies in Canada and received a PGWP.

The issue is that I no longer have a copy of my original study permit application, and I’m not sure exactly how my education history was presented by the consultant. I am concerned that my law studies may not have been fully reflected in that application.
For my PR application, I intend to fully disclose my law studies and provide all supporting documents (no points, it’s in personal history).
Has anyone been in a similar situation where their educational history in an older application differed from what was later disclosed in a PR application?
How did IRCC handle it? Were you asked for an explanation? Did you submit a Letter of Explanation proactively?
I’m not looking for legal advice, just experiences and general information.
