Spontaneous twins with a 5 month old

I (21) gave birth last January and now I’m pregnant again. Yes, I know it’s too soon and I should have used protection. But I’m still happy. What is driving me insane is the fact that it’s twins. I’m going to have 3 under 2. My husband is super chill about it. He says we have time to plan some stuff like hiring a nanny or bringing my grandma here so she can help me. But we also might need to move to a bigger place, get a car and millions of other things. Please tell me this is not as terrible as it sounds.
