Total lack of support cooperation

Hi, since the starfall update and the introduction of downstar / aero shiny mods I have been trying to make a rush hour downstar deviant energy shiny. Because I was thinking that since it is already downstar, it can be made shiny. Surprise surprise, it cannot. So, I have wasted 3 legendary aero / downstar crates. Devs do not have a list or place with the mods that can be made shiny, so we can just guess. I have explained this to them and just said they cannot give me back these 3 crates.
