Is ferropotent armor bugged too?

Getting two tap randomly, is really annoying. Is not consistent tho or all the time. I dont know why happens or when is happening or whats the trick. The hand cannons are average and users has no invest in weapon stats.

I went to test it in Private Matches but there everything is fine. I dont know if it is related to Resistance bonus set from Ferro.
