Internship of 15 days

My college has told me to submit an internship certificate duration of 15 days and the last date to submit is on 16 June. Can anybody help me with instant internship certificate. If I don’t submit it they would put backlog on it and this internship has a lot of credits which would be hard for me to give again as I have two backlogs already. Kindly help if you can.
