Blood work?

If I am pinning EOD (3.5 days) when is the best time to do bloods? I am over a month in and want to do my own blood work, I am thinking a taking my last dose on Friday (Today) and waiting til Tuesday to do bloods in the morning followed by injection. Essentially I’ll be missing my Sunday dose, how does everyone else go about it?
