Are there any game-breaking placement decisions?

Hi! Very new to Blue Prince, just started a couple days ago. But I found >!the foundation!< a few runs ago and didn’t want to pass it up so I drafted it. Now that I know it’s permanent, I’m wondering if there is any way I messed things up because of where I placed it. basically, are there any decisions that would end up forcing you to restart your game? sorry if this is a silly question, just trying not to look up anything at all with this game so I am completely oblivious.
