using name/signing up on payoneer account

sorry in advance, i am bad at workding things im gonna try and make this make sense. so basically, i have a freind who wants to start up an etsy store, but we've encountered bit of a problem, when signing up, and usig the payoneer account, it asks to enter the name issued on government ID. but this is where the problem comes in, it asks to enter it in english (using english charecters and stuff) but her last name contains non english charecters with no english equivelent, so is there a way we can kinda get past this to create the acconut? ive checked the help pages and it doesn't seem to be anything relating to this issue. thank you in advance i appreciate any help offered
