Looking for someone to hangout with in B-17

I've (19 M) been living here for quite a few years, never really got to know anyone well. People felt so odd, and I didnt really have good experiences with them, so I just stopped socialising here. I mostly go to main Islamabad to hangout with my other friends.

Im looking for someone who values conversation, mutual understanding and is up for walks in the park or going to the gym together (im only a beginner). To be honest, id just like to get to know people here and maybe make a friend or two.

My interests include gaming (valorant, terraria, fortnite, minrcraft, and various single players games like hollow knight), reading (just finished Brave New World, and started Rebecca, I read all genres as long as the plot itself is interesting. I also enjoy conversation for the sake of conversation and debating ideals. Never really did sports, but im down as long as it isn't team games.
