Building a road bike

Thinking of buying a complete road bike off Ali express,

Getting it sent to England UK has to be broken into 3 separate deliveries

I'm have basics fitting my own bike, on the scale of DIY to mechanic do you need to be to assemble the bike together?

Thanks
