Constantly knocked down Need Help

Very confused about this.

Without sprinting or dodge rolling, my character is constantly getting knocked over. And he gets up like a 90 year old man. Its the only thing killing me now as im at level 95 with a very strong build.

What is causing me to get knocked down over and over? Extremely frustrating and killing my fun.
