Am I missing something?

I live in the northeast and replacing a 21 year old Bryant system. I’m drawn to the low end Goodman single stage, low seer ac system and furnace. No complicated electronics, no high end features. This specs of this system are very close to the Bryant I have now.

I won’t make up the difference in cost for a more efficient system over the life of the AC. The warranty is 10 years and it will be installed by an experienced licensed HVAC company.

What am I missing?
