Something weird happens to me when I play some video games, but does this happen to you?

I don't know where or what to search for to describe my condition online, but I'm pretty sure (to some point) I don't have color or motion sensitivity. I have been playing different kinds of games for 10 years on different devices, so I think I would notice

The first time this weird sensation happened to me was while playing Half-Life 2. I found out about Half-Life, and after finishing it, I went straight to the second part. That's where this weird sensation of nausea and headache kicked in. Every time I opened the game and played for about 10 minutes, those conditions kicked in, every single time

I didn't give it much thought until I recently played Detroit: Become Human. The game was wonderful, but every time I played as Markus, those sensations kicked in again. When I played as Kara and Connor, nothing happened. But every time Markus's part came to the screen, I spammed every button to just finish his part

I don't know what that is or why it is so specific. Am I the only one?
