Pay Per Hour Sub Model viability?

As a full time employed individual. Wouldn't it be nice to have an option to buy "Hours" of game time instead of committing to monthly subs? Like game time that is only consumed while logged in? Many would probably say this is bad for business but there are many ways to sell it. They could also do a sub model with limited gametime per day. Or even include it in gamepass. Just throwing it out there since I really would like to enjoy wow but I cant commit to full sub as its really a huge fee for something you can only enjoy on specific times of your week unlike streaming subs that you can easily access anywhere.

This is probably just a rant atp but let's discuss!
