Who to play jungle instead if Singed banned?

I've resorted to dodging like a true OTP, but looking for jungle suggestions that capatilise on macro play similar to Singed. I can play Teemo or Shaco at gold level maybe, but I need an alternative pocket pick to get good at in diamond.
